The Service is owned and operated by Bliss Dine, House 200, Narela, Delhi, 110040, India.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. The Nature of the Bliss Dine Service
Bliss Dine is a Booking Facilitator: Our Service acts strictly as an intermediary platform to submit your restaurant booking enquiry to your selected Restaurant Partner.
No Contract of Service: Bliss Dine does not enter into a contract with you to provide the dining service itself.
The Contract is with the Restaurant: The reservation contract is formed solely between you (the customer) and the Restaurant Partner once they accept your booking enquiry.
We do not own, manage, or operate any of the Restaurant Partners listed on our website.
3. Booking and Reservation Management
When you submit a booking through our Service, we forward the details (Name, Email, Phone, Booking Details) to the designated Restaurant Partner.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation notice, typically sent by the Restaurant Partner (or by Bliss Dine on their behalf).
Restaurant Partner Terms: All bookings are subject to the individual terms, cancellation, and no-show policies of the specific Restaurant Partner. You are responsible for reviewing these policies where applicable.
We are not responsible for any overbookings, errors in reservation management, table allocation issues, or refusal of service by the Restaurant Partner.
4. Limitation of Our Liability
Service Quality: Bliss Dine is not liable for the quality, availability, or delivery of the service provided by the Restaurant Partner. This includes, but is not limited to:
Food quality or safety.
Customer service at the restaurant.
Table availability on the day of the reservation.
Pricing or menu discrepancies.
System Errors: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors or omissions. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from system failure or website unavailability.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum total liability to you for any loss or damage arising under these Terms is limited to £100 (or the local currency equivalent).
5. User Obligations
You warrant that all information you provide to us (Name, Email, Phone, Booking Details) is accurate, current, and complete.
You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a booking enquiry through the Service.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.
You must promptly inform us if any of your details change.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by Bliss Dine or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are permitted to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only (i.e., making a booking enquiry).
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in those policies, including the sharing of your booking details with the selected Restaurant Partner.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes with Bliss Dine (Platform Issues): Any disputes relating to the functionality of the booking platform or the accuracy of our website should first be directed to us at support@blissdine.com.
Disputes with Restaurant Partners (Service Issues): Any disputes regarding the dining experience, food quality, payments, or cancellations must be addressed directly with the Restaurant Partner. Bliss Dine is not a party to those disputes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You and Bliss Dine agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Service.
